12 piece Minimum Order

We have a 12 piece minimum order for pricing seen on this website. You can be ordering for your group, party, event, company, shop, etc. The 12 pieces do not need to be the same. You can mix and match as you like.
If you need less than 12 pieces, please click here to visit our retail outlet.

How fast can I get shirts?

If you order online weekdays by 11am Pacific time (2pm eastern) weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Plan on 2-3 days in transit west coast and a week for east coast using standard ground shipping. You can always select express shipping as you order. Phoned in orders are accepted but might be slightly delayed since we'll need to type everything into the system.

Printed Catalog to show your clients

Our primary catalog is this website. If you need a print version, please click here for a (6mb) print quality PDF Catalog Page. This can be printed on any high quality color printer. A better option is to direct your clients to our "Blind Website" that displays all the designs shown here but with no names or prices. The site is located at: www.myalohashirt.com

Size Chart

Here is a Sizechart. that will give you a rough idea. If you have a large group to supply, we suggest you order a few shirts first to let your members try on for size. This is much better than shipping shirts back and forth for new sizes.

How much is shipping?

UPS Ground is our standard shipping method for any quantity over 3 shirts. Plan on 2-3 days in transit to the West coast, and up a week to the East coast. Express shipping is also possible. You can estimate your shipping cost here.

Order online or call?

It is better and faster to order online since your order will go directly into our system and there is less opportunity for error. We happily accept phoned in orders if this will not work for you, however shipping may be delayed.

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax to Washington state buyers. If you have a resale certificate that you would like to use, please email or fax it to us at 206-260-3282.

Samples

Samples are billed at the retail price, however if you should later purchase in wholesale quantities, we will credit the wholesale/retail price difference of the sample. Just remind us. Samples can also be returned within 15 days for a full refund (less shipping).

Terms

Credit Card (MasterCard / Visa / American Express), We do not charge your card until we ship, even if you use the online ordering system. You can also prepay by check, however your check must arrive within 5 days of ordering. Purchase orders accepted from government and Fortune 500 companies. COD's are not accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

Accepted within 3 weeks, in unused condition, with tag, etc. still attached. Just contact us by email for the return authorization and shipping address. On exchanges, we'll need to add shipping costs to your order. Let us know if we should use the same card as the original order. Refunds are charged a 6% fee to recoup charge card processing costs. (Smaller purchases from our retail price website at spiceberry.com have no return fee.) Although our fit is pretty standard, you might want to order a few samples to size your group, especially on larger orders.

APO/FPO, US Territories & International

We ship to many countries and all US Territories and APO/FPO addresses. Place your order online first, including your payment information. We'll email an invoice to you after we can research the best shipping options for you. Your card will not be charged until you approve this invoice.
For security reasons on international orders to certain countries, we might ask for a photocopy / photograph of the credit card you are using to make the purchase. We will need to supply "Certificate of Origin" on larger orders to some countries (for example, UK and France). This adds a day and a $25 fee. While we will do our best to check on documentation for you, we would ask that you let us know of any special requirements for your country. We can't be responsible for shipping costs if the shipment is rejected by your govenrment.
