Need them fast? We can do it! If you order online weekdays by 11am Pacific time (2pm eastern) weekdays are shipped the same day. For standard shipping, Plan on 2-3 days in transit west coast and a week for east coast using standard ground shipping. For overnight or two day service, select express shipping as you order. Phoned in orders are accepted but might be slightly delayed since we'll need to type everything into the system.
In Winter, UPS has transit delays due to weather, even for air cargo. Please allow extra time to accommodate these delays. UPS will not refund delayed for shipments delayed due to weather.
It is better and faster to order online since your order will go directly into our system and there is less opportunity for error. We happily accept phoned in orders if this will not work for you, however shipping may be delayed.
Credit Card (MasterCard / Visa / American Express), We do not charge your card until we ship, even if you use the online ordering system. You can also prepay by check, however your check must arrive within 5 days of ordering. Purchase orders accepted from government and Fortune 500 companies. COD's are not accepted.

Most customers needed a logo simply take our shirts to a local embroidery shop. We also can produce custom Hawaiian shirts, using your artwork to produce the fabrics. Minimum quantities for custom fabrics are at least 1000 shirts. Contact us for more information.
No problem with size exchanges on unused shirts. Simply mail the shirt back to us and let us know what you need. We'll don't charge outgoing shipping costs on size exchanges. If time permits, we suggest you try a set of samples before order for a large group to avoid the need to exchange sizes.
Returns accepted within 30 days for a full refund less shipping. Shirts must be unused, tags still attached, and in original packages.
UPS Ground is our standard shipping method for any quantity over 3 shirts. Plan on 2-3 days in transit to the West coast, and up a week to the East coast. Express shipping is also possible for arrival as quickly as the next day. You can estimate your shipping cost here. We'll place the final total after we pack your order. In situations with larger quantities, it will probably be less than the estimate.
We ship to many countries and all US Territories and APO/FPO addresses. Place your order online first, including your payment information.
We'll email an invoice to you after we can research the best shipping options for you. Your card will not be charged until you approve this invoice.
For security reasons on international orders to certain countries, we might ask for a photocopy / photograph of the credit card you are using to make the purchase. We will need to supply "Certificate of Origin" on larger orders to some countries (for example, UK and France). This adds a day and a $25 fee. While we will do our best to check on documentation for you, we would ask that you let us know of any special requirements for your country. We can't be responsible for shipping costs if the shipment is rejected by your government.
